The most common resins used for film extrusion applications are PP and PE.

For this application, we recommend using Ultra Purge PO-C. This concentrate grade needs to be mixed with a ratio of 10% HDPE.

A unique expanding agent is added to allow Ultra Purge to reach all “dead spots” inside the head of extruder making the cleaning process very fast and efficient.
