Moulds Plus International: New office location in Mexico
Moulds Plus International, the leading company in purging solutions, is pleased to announce the opening of Moulds Plus Mexico. The new office expansion is specifically aimed at serving Central Mexico, as well as the Latin American markets.
New ULTRA PURGE 5050 Grade offered!
Moulds Plus is proud to announce the new 50-50 Grade, in a ready-to-use, glass filled pellet form and is specifically engineered for color and material changes. With the combined cleaning power of both chemical and physical reaction, heavy carbon deposits are efficiently removed. The 50-50 Grade cleans out barrels, nozzles, hot runners, and heads of extruders from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Superior results are obtained when doing periodic cleaning or color changes with all thermoplastics resins with working temperatures from 374º F to 665º F (190º C to 350º C).
Moulds Plus offers specific grades of purging compound that are compatible with the temperature and chemical composition of resin being purged as well as the new resin in the next production cycle.
As with all product grades, Ultra Purge is a cleaning solution that leaves no residue and does not require the operator to “purge the purging compound”.
Ultra Purge is also non-abrasive and will not cause machine damage because it reaches maximum cleaning power under a low melting point. Additionally, Ultra Purge is non-toxic and virtually odorless.
