All grades of Ultra Purge are moldable and can be safely injected in the mold without damaging the polish or finish of the mold. It is possible with certain applications that by molding Ultra Purge, you will obtain a short shot. This is due to the fact that the Melt Index of Ultra Purge may be slightly different from the resin that you were molding previously. If molding a short shot is a problem please call our technical support. It is possible to customize the Ultra Purge grade that you need based on your application.
