All purpose purging compound designed for color changes and material changes. Cleans out barrels, nozzles, hot runners and heads of extruders from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Has expanding agents. Moldable compound.

374ºF - 608ºF or 190ºC - 320ºC

Quantity Required: 
  • 1 barrel full for color changes and black specks removal with Injection molding machines
  • ½ barrel full for shut-downs with Injection molding machines
  • 1 – ½ barrel full for color changes and black specks removal with Extruders and Blow Molding machines
  • 1 barrel full for shut down with extruders.
